Simply Create this Kale Slaw
Toss up this simple kale slaw in just minutes! All you need to do is place the kale, red cabbage, red onion, apple slices, shredded carrot, slivered almonds, and avocado in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Then, drizzle the dressing over the slaw and toss until everything is well covered. Feel free to stick it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve it to get it nice and cold. How refreshing!
- 4 cups baby kale shredded
- 2 cups red cabbage shredded
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 2 apples cut into match sticks
- 1 cup carrots shredded
- 1/4 cup slivered almond
- 1 avocado diced
Dressing
