Trust us, there’s almost nothing the air fryer can’t do, including make breakfast! Whether you’re a die-hard fan of your air fryer, or haven’t taken the plunge and purchased one yet, we’ve got recipes here to inspire you. Check out our 15 air fryer breakfast ideas—they’re a guaranteed mind-blowing way to start your day.
Most days, we don’t have a ton of time to make breakfast, and too often resort to lackluster store-bought grab-and-go items that leave us feeling bummed out and unsatisfied. Sometimes we even (the horror!) end up skipping the meal all together. You too? You’ve got to try making breakfast in your air fryer! It’s SO fast, usually cutting down the time it would normally take to make in a pan or the oven in half, or more.
You can keep the simplicity of your favorite easy breakfasts, like like air fryer bacon, air fryer hard-boiled eggs, or air fryer hash browns (fast food restaurant patties-style), with a ton less grease and mess. Breakfast foods formerly relegated to special occasions or weekend brunches can become weekday staples when you make them in your air fryer. You can even make things like cinnamon rolls in a fraction of the time they would normally take. Personally, we love making our air fryer banana pancake dippers on, say, a Wednesday to celebrate the work week being halfway over, but you do you. Make a batch of air-fried biscuits or breakfast bombs on Monday and enjoy them all week long. Serve up air fryer French toast sticks or doughnuts for your weekend brunch spread. Or go extra fancy and make some crab cakes or steak in your air fryer—serve them up with some poached or fried eggs for a spectacularly indulgent breakfast, any day of the week.
